World Class Attractions
Experience a Southern California adventure from our hotel on Huntington Beach with resort activities including cabana rentals and surfing lessons. Walk along the beachfront to the shops and dining at Pacific City, take a 30-minute drive to Disneyland® in Anaheim, or explore the museums and theme parks in Orange County.
If you’re looking for a place that captures the spirit of Surf City USA, head to the Huntington Beach Pier. The city’s most famous landmark, the pier dates back to 1904 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The pier was rebuilt after a pair of storms in the 1980’s and now stretches 1,850 feet into the Pacific – making it one of the longest piers on the West Coast. Fishermen (no license required) line the rails, locals come to catch sunsets, and visitors watch wide-eyed as surfers work their magic on the waves below.
Disneyland®, the original Disney theme park created by Walt Disney himself, is arguably the most famous theme park in the world. Located just 20 minutes from Huntington Beach, Disneyland showcases more than 60 rides, 50 shops and 30 restaurants across eight themed lands. The Disneyland Resort includes Disneyland, Disney California Adventure and the Downtown Disney entertainment district.
Food for Every Plate
We’re proud to feature local food and treats at DX Summit from our cheesy-caramel popcorn break (it’s great, promise!) to World’s Fair-inspired cupcakes. But the amount of amazing restaurants and bars around the conference might leave you stymied for choice when dinner time rolls around.
Food Trucks! You’ll encounter them all over downtown Chicago, so grab some shawarma or a Chicago Style hot dog to refuel while exploring the city!
The Chicago Riverwalk is an open, pedestrian waterfront located on the south bank of the Chicago River. While taking a stroll down the walk way, you’ll encounter a variety of cafe’s and restaurants to stop in for a cold beverage or nice meal by the water.
The Classic Chicago Vibe
Chicagoans are what make Chicago one of the greatest cities in the United States of America: hard-working, willing to take chances, creative and fun. There’s a reason why the MidWest features leaders in industries like healthcare, manufacturing, retail and finance. We’re excited to bring both the local community and out-of-towners together at DX Summit in Chicago.
Millennium Park is a public park located in the Loop, take a walk through the park and enjoy free live music events throughout the summer!
Rooftop bars and cocktail lounges are the best way to get a bird’s eye view of Chicago while enjoying a night on the town! are the best way to get a bird’s eye view of Chicago while enjoying a night on the town!
