Martin is the CEO of North America of Neptune Software, one of the top low-code app development firms across the globe.

In November of 2015, Neptune Software began its expansion into North America from Oslo, Norway, hiring Martin to lead the North American organization. Martin has built the North American organization from the ground up. As a result, Neptune Software has grown exponentially in that market, with many notable Fortune 500 customers.

Martin’s expertise includes over a decade of experience as Six Sigma Black Belt, driving process improvement efforts in manufacturing. Realizing the importance of digital transformation early in his career, Martin leveraged information technology heavily to drive process improvement. Eventually, he joined an SAP professional services start-up, which kicked off his career in enterprise technology.
