Katrina Taylor is Head of User Experience + Product Design for Armoire—a clothing rental service that leverages data to deliver a tailor-made wardrobe to the busy professional woman. Combining a sophisticated algorithm and high-touch personalized experience, Armoire is disrupting the traditional retail industry through insight-driven personalization.

A digital innovator for over 12 years, Katrina is a passionate practitioner of customer empathy, epic storytelling and taking smart risks. She believes agility, active listening and a laser-focus on customer needs are the key ingredients to exceptional digital teams and experiences.

Katrina is a graduate of Dana College and holds a Master of Science in New Media from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School. She lives in Seattle with her husband and three dogs.
